Research Personnel and Staff Members

Currently, FIO has 532 staff members, including research personnel, administrative members and technical supporting staff. Among the research personnel, there are three Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, one Foreign Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 68 Research Fellows, 111 Research Associates and 62 Guest Research Fellows invited from domestic and foreign institutes. Among all staff, 225 members hold Ph.D. degrees while 204 hold Master's degrees. As a state-authorized educational institute, FIO offers 6 Master’s programs, 2 joint Ph.D. programs, and a Post-Doctoral program, and has 22 state-certified doctoral supervisors.
