In the "Xiang Yang Hong 01" research vessel’s 2019 Northeast Indian Ocean Cruise, the efficiency of the vessel has been greatly improved thanks to the model of "shifts of port personnel and material supply". The survey facilities had undergone special pre-cruise inspection before the departure, and "temporary branch of Party Committee" is established for each section to carry out special trainings on work safety and foreign affairs for investigators. |
